What Should Be Included in a T&C Document?
A T&C document should be comprehensive and cover all the necessary topics that are relevant to your business. At Alpha Grafix, we have included the following in our T&C document: our services, payment and refund policy, delivery policy, intellectual property rights, limitations of liability, and dispute resolution. When should things be paid for?
All payments are to be made at least a week prior to any work being carried out, this is on specific items only, all other items will need to be paid for on order completion
Return Policy
If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we’re here to help! We offer free returns within 30 days of purchase. You can return your product for store credit, a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.
As most of our products are personalised and therefore unable to be returned. Any non-personalised/ customised items, we do offer a 14 day return policy, if you would like to return your item(s), they must have still have the original tags on and returned in the original product packaging. Any returned product must have no visible signs of wear or use.
